Objective: Prepare professionals and business students to pursue investing careers through a venture capital course

This unique venture capital course will:

Part A:

1) Introduce you to the venture capital world - how they raise funds, how they structure the teams,  their hiring process, sourcing and closing of deals, portfolio construction, exit process, regulations governing them, differences between foreign and domestic funds etc.

2) Provide an intuitive and a through understanding of the terms, methods and concepts used in the venture capital and startup world - such as TAM, MVP, product market fit, GTM strategy, unit economics, three contribution margins, burn rate, kinds of business models, profit pools etc.

3) Impart an detailed understanding of the termsheets - how to write them / evaluate them

4) Introduce an comprehensive evaluation methodology used by venture capital firms to evaluate early stage businesses

5) Provide a practical framework to validate valuation of startup companies

6) Feedback/ suggestions on your resume to make it friendly to venture capital roles
